Setting the Intention

All day long I think of things that I could write about, things I want to mention, thoughts I want to remember, etc. Sometimes later in the day, when I can actually get to it, I dont exactly feel inspired. And then I lose it. So this is part of my new pact (hopefully). Just doing it!
I get so obsessed with how somethings done that I dont get it done, and then I wish I had it later. I dont want to miss another moment due to indecision or lose anything else to the process. I'll just go with it, put it out there and realize it doesnt matter so much, as long as it exists.
Last night I went to an interesting talk at my friend Leanna's, who is a sex researcher. The Science of Sexuality!
The talk was on Polyamory, and was facilitated by Deborah Anapol. I had met Deb over the weekend where we both involved with the EcoSex Symposium, and Id heard of her over the years due to her work around Polyamory. She is a PhD, as well as a writer, coach, and facilitator, as well as cute and petite! I plan to have her on The Spycey Buzz one of these days.
Ive had a great time on this trip to LA. Ive met so many amazing sex positive people, who are really working towards doing something to spread the awareness of exploration of sexuality without shame. AND, so many of the people Ive been meeting are such NICE people. I guess I will repeat this often as I have felt scapegoated many times over the years, and have felt like I was made out to be a demon because of my openness about sexuality. Which really doesnt make sense! Dont you think that if someone is interested in sexuality 6that they are more nice?? Makes sense to me....
Off to relax a bit more, and start looking for a nun's habit! Turns out I will be performing in SF this weekend at a fundraiser for The Citadel, a fetish dungeon. Lucky me....and lucky them! They're going to be learning about the holy lessons of B.D.S.M.!
